• Description: Create personnel. Add face, name, gender and other related information

• Required parameter:

  • groupid: staff library ID, which is unmodifiable and unrepeatable. It supports English, numbers, -%@#&; length limit: 64B
  • person_name: person name. [1,60]characters. It can be modified and repeatable
  • personid: person ID, unmodifiable and unrepeatable under one Tencent Cloud account. It supports English, numbers, -%@#&; length limit: 64B
  • image: picture after BASE64 conversion. The picture should be less than 5M after BASE64 conversion

• Return:
  • True: The command has been finished.
  • False: The command has not been finished.
